A keen Leanista, Service Design Advocate and Agile Enthusiast, I’m dedicated to growing the competency and insight of the Service Based Product community to drive better outcomes for customers. I believe that for too long technology has helped businesses de-humanise their customers and I’m passionate about using design to help them re-humanise the customer experience.
I am also a foundation student in RMIT University’s Master of Design Futures researching business professionals’ journey into design thinking and designers’ journey into business in the hope of finding spaces where both can build better engagements.
